RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your product, it may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for refund or exchange, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We want you to be happy, so please reach out to us via the contact page to request an exchange or refund, and we will provide you with the necessary information to return your item.

All returned items must be in original, new condition and include the original packaging. Items received that show signs of use or wear will not be refunded, and will not be returned to the customer. 

LIFETIME REPAIR GUARANTEE

Our rosaries are build to last a lifetime with regular use. However,  we understand that things happen. If your rosary breaks or is damaged, we are happy to repair your rosary free of charge, for life. The customer is only responsible for shipping costs. Please reach out via the contact page to request a repair.
